About Carol Hauta
Carol is an entrepreneurial sales and marketing professional with over thirty years experience in Natural products, body care items and consumer goods. She has experience with manufacturers as well as distributors. She is highly skilled in managing key accounts and promoting a team environment. Carol is committed to building long-term, integrity-based relationships.
She has extensive experience in management, promotion, sales planning and execution, and customer relations. Carol’s objectives in business are responsible management where demonstrated skills in marketing, administration, and sales can be translated into improved growth and profit.
Carol is proud to have won the 2013 Canadian Broker of the year Award at Traditional Medicinal Teas for her sales achievements at London Drugs.

Retailer relationships: extensive knowledge of the Western Retail customers and her long term relationships gives her expertise in what their needs are and allows your brands to stay top of mind at each retailer. Matching those needs up to your products assures success – not only for you but for the retailer.
Sales results: Carol is committed to bringing you the results you are looking for from new product launches and line extensions as well as all the daily details of managing existing business she will effectively develop your line through her brand development expertise.

Leigh Ciurka (Sales & Marketing Support)
Leigh Ciurka: is an organized and experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. Leigh has exceptional people skills and good customer relationships ensuring smooth sales team operations.
She assists to interpret sales metrics and is very goal-oriented. Leigh liaises with our team to develop specific sales strategies so that we are able to focus on the busy task of selling our clients brands to our retailers.

Raj Dulku (Administrative Sales Assistant)
Raj Dulku: is a dedicated, experienced and highly detailed assistant that supports both our sales team and our clients. She is skilled in many areas of sales tracking, marketing & promotion and inventory management.
Her ability to track, investigate and report sales information allows our sales team and clients the ability to make informed decisions to grow their brands to their fullest potential. Raj understands our Customers. Her professionalism in all facets of business and communication allows a working environment where we can all maintain and develop those long-term relationships.
